People can say that Chinese is harder to learn for those who do not speak the language. Or to say that English is same in this aspect. You can not say that learning Chinese is harder than learning English. Without mentioning who is learning them, it does not make any sense logically.

This is a typical confusion caused by Chinese,a language that lacks grammatical structure. Go figure it out youself!
