regardless of many other related issues, then anything has its 正当性, including eating people when there is no food, stealing, raping ...

I am not sure about 合法性 though, it depends on which law you are talking about. Military or domestic, American or Chinese law ..., they are all different.

Or maybe 正当性 only means you consider it 正当, then there is no point arguing at all.
