To me, rules are setup to prevent bad people disturbing the forum. It would be nice that everybody just play within the rule, and it doesn't have to be mentioned all the time. The rules are setup to make sure people can discussion rationally, not setup for people to simply challenge it and try to irritate other people as much as possible within the rule.
It is sad that all "big names" (or "big wrists") in this forum have to refer to the rules all the time for some reason. It probably attracted some people to the forum, but degraded it to a quarral forum.
I suggest all post mentioning "forum rule" be moved to 众议院, or create another "forum rule challenging" forum and send those posts there ...
Going back to silence, this time is for real ...
