At this moment, you may have to accept ISU/IOC's announcement that there is some misconduct from French judge unless other facts are discovered and reported.

French judge suspended for misconduct

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb 15 (Reuters) - French judge Marie-Reine Le Gougne has been suspended from the Winter Olympics for misconduct following her decision to vote for Russian duo Yelena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze in last Monday figure skating pairs competition.

``We have suspended with immediate effect the judge of figure skating Mrs Marie-Reine Le Gougne,'' International Skating Union president Ottavio Cinquanta told a news conference on Friday.
