Florida houses are cheaper than land price 4 years ago

my wife and i are also pretty lucky, we bought cheap too,

i still have to have a job now, i hope i can retire when i am 55 year old, then i would like to become a realtor , i don't care if i could do 1 settlement or 2 settlements each year. i don't wan to do more than 1 each month, as a retired old man, i don't want to be too busy
