but who are 'WE'? And who have a say in 'You are one of US, not one of them in U.S. or one of them for the Taiwanese'?

ideology-free can not mean no reforms on the political/social/cultural ill constructs until China caught up with other developed countries economic woes or military might with equal destroyer's capability to send earth back to its stone age.
