Pakistan was part of India during the movement of independence. However, Pakistan and India have been fighting bloodily for decades.

People definitely don't want to see another Pakistan with nuclear weapon on their Western Region in the Silk Roads.

On the other hand, India started on 1947, almost 60 years ago. Who in China want to immigrate to India during these years?
