2) They should go join forums outside of the university. Anything
in a university should be used for the purpose of education.
3) There are grapevines on the outside. The formal channel will be
perfected as time goes by, though it will not be an abrupt process.
That is similar to the way the traffic system works, the government don't build high way everywhere, drivers have to find their own way to reach their
destination. There are peak hours, bus lanes, fast/slow lanes, and all
sorts of restrictions.
4) You are not aware that there is a class division. Among the youth
city dwellers, FQ definitely have the highest percentage in China than
any foreign nations. The later is a bad phenomenon.
