russia should achieve to WTO standard
chinese businessman's goods are confiscated by russia goverment not first time.i consider this is russia goverment's corruption.
russia import agents are acquiesce by the goverment. never hear about those import agents are arrested or be sent to the jail.
if those import agents are acquiesce, there are no reason to confiscate chinese businessman's goods.
russia goverment should improve their economic system first to achieve WTO standard, not again and again forfeiting business person's goods to encourage the corruption.
