can't argue planned economy is not good at all, in fact
some aspects of a planned economy were good. That was the
reason how China built nukes and missiles in the 50/60s.

If somebody come out and say "In my term of provincial
governor, I will downsize the government employees by 20%,
which is 200,000", and I am sure he will become very
distinctive amongst officials circle.
