Now you are really a specialist of talking something that you do not have the faintest idea at all.
First, it is not "肌体" but "ji (machinery) 体".
2nd, I know nothing about "半代谢期的概念", but I do know that the metabolic rates of the different cells and tissues are not the same as you idiotically imagined. Any non-idiot knows that the metabolic rates of the teeth, bones, etc are very slow, whereas the blood cells have the highest metabolic rates. It would be very difficult, if possible at all, to give an average value of 半代谢期.

Look at this! What an obscene joke is it supposed to be? Any non-idiot knows that the replication of the genes of bacteria is far more liable to mistakes than cells from higher species.
Even bacteria could have sex. Do you know that?
Then based on all these ridiculous misunderstandings, you conclude:
"快进化，多患癌。慢进化，少患癌。一切都是不同的生存策略导致的结果。"
So the speed or rate of evolution varies with different species? Apply for Nobel Prize, brother. How do you suppose those species that evolve slowly survive under natural selection?
You know nothing about genetics:

So there are only 两条拉锁? Even a high school student would not talk such horrible garbage!

Don't be ridiculous! Mutations do not occur at this stage but at cell division (mitosis), see this link to learn some basics:
