If you are using IE, and have this problem again, try to hold down the 'Shift' key or 'Ctrl' key while clicking on the 'Refresh' button on the web brower.

This would make sure the web browser load the webpage from the server again, instead of loading a cached copy of the web page from your own PC, which is the "请不要在十秒钟刷新" from 02.
