Why does China Spy harass me?
When I asked for asylum in US Embassy in Hanoi Vietnam, the US official asked me that why China Authority harass me, I said : "I don't know why, that was not my decision. maybe China Government believe that I belong to an anti-government organization, maybe China Government think that I am a threat to their regime, but in facts I am not, I am nobody, I am nothing, maybe China Government is stupid, maybe China Government is crazy, I don't know why.".

China Spy authority's psychology on me:
Jilly, this something about me before, maybe it is the reason that China Spy authority focus on me:
At 1995, in my examination to the university of China, one of university I applied to study is China People Public Security University, or call as China People Police University ( I don't know the exact name in English ), the major I applied for is Spying.
But I failed to enter this university, but this university is the most important and sensitive for the China Government.
And at last I entered another university in September 1995 - Shanghai College of Petro-Chemical Technology, but after 3 months, in December 1995, I quitted my college and tried to crossed the border to Russia from the westest border of China, I failed on the border of Kazakhstan and China, so I went back to home and worked in the restaurant as a waiter, and then to be a Cashier in a battery company, because one of my relative worked for a Hong Kong business man, but maybe you don't believe, another Cashier who worked with me was the wife of the Mayor of ZhuHai City, this city is a special economical zone of China.
In 1997, I quitted my job in that company.
In 1998, I illegally and successfully crossed the border from China to Russia, I successfully crossed the Wire net on the border, and then I appeared in the head office of Federal Security Bureau of Russia in Chita City, I told them how did I go to Russia, and I said I don't want to go back to China again, and then I was put in the Jail. In 1999, I was deported to China. (And many thing happened when I was in Russia, I think this is the main reason that the China Authority investigated me and harassed me, and maybe China spy will not stop harassing and spying and tracing me until they get a full and satisfied answer.)

Dear CONSULAR SECTION OF THE RUSSIAN EMBASSY IN CAMBODIA,
I am an asylum seeker in UNHCR Cambodia, my UNHCR IC#794.
In 1998, I illegally crossed the border from China to Russia and asked for political asylum in Russia, Russian Immigration Authority in Chita City Russia had dealed with my political asylum claim in 1998, Russian Federal Security Bureau in Chita City Russia had dealed with my case (Russian Federal Security Bureau criminal case No.56 in 1998), and Russian Court had dealed with my case.
And in 1998 when Russian Authority dealed with my case, Russian Authority provided me a free lawyer, I want to contact this lawyer, because she knew the whole things about me in Russia, please tell me how to contact her, my lawyer of JRS want to contact her.
After I was deported to China from Russia in 1999, China Government never stops harassing me with China Spy, and China Spy also invades my family.
So, in 2004, I asked for asylum in UNHCR Cambodia.
Since I think that my experience in Russia is the source of China Government's nation crime on me, I hope Russia Government will open my files in Russia to my lawyer and UNHCR, I believe this will help UNHCR to decide my asylum case.

How Does China Spy Harass you?
1, Pager, Mobile Phone, Telephone.
When I had a pager before, my pager often and frequently was called by unknown Chinese people, especially when I was sleeping, or in same special occasion.
When I had a mobile phone before, like my pager, always often and frequently was phoned by many unknown Chinese people, when I answered my mobile phone the unknown people would talk some nonsense or said he/she dialed a wrong number.
The wrong telephone call or annoyance to me was far beyond the reasonable, normal and acceptable amount and frequency, and generally I just let my family know my contact number.
Not only these, always, often and frequently when I sit, stood or even past nearby a telephone anywhere anytime, this telephone would be ringing, and when I picked up the phone, generally was a unknown person talked some nonsense or said he/she dialed a wrong number.
2, Stranger approaching and questioning on the street or else public place.
Always, often and frequently when I walked on the street or public place, A stranger would approach to me and ask me, sometimes even put his hand on shoulder, the stranger question would like this: "Are you doing business here?", "What's you job?", "What's you name?", "Could you tell me how get to this place?".
This question "Could you tell me how get to this place?" was most often, and the place he/she asked always is I often go to or something related to me, or I was on the way to at that moment.
Always too often and too much strange Chinese approach to ask me question on the street or public place.
Sometime in a day even in a few minutes many unknown Chinese would ask me the same question in the same way in the same _expression. For example, after I had lunch in a restaurant, and went away to another place, many unknown Chinese asked me "Do you know this restaurant?", "How to get to this restaurant?". Please note that, in the same day sometimes even in a few minutes in several different place more than 3 or 4 different unknown Chinese asked me the same question in the same _expression.
3, 6:00 AM wake up.
When I staid in the hostel dormitory in China, every day at 6:00 O'Clock in the morning, it was often that a strange Chinese came into my dormitory from outside and shook me with his or her hand and waked me up, when I opened my eyes from sweet sleeping state, this Chinese would said "I am sorry, I think you are my friend", "I am sorry, I think you are another person.".
Some days nobody came to waked me up, but always there was a clock or mobile phone of the other Chinese guest in my dormitory alarmed noisely and loudly at 6:00 O'Clock in the morning, and made me wake up from deep sleeping state. Please note that, no matter how the Chinese guest changed in my hostel dormitory, this Chinese guy always have a clock or mobile phone would alarm noisely and loudly at 6:00 O'Clock in the morning to wake me up. And every time after their clock or mobile alarmed noisely and loudly, the clock or mobile owner would keep sleeping for several hours.
Even after I changed different hostel, the same thing happened every day. Sometimes I staid in a single room the hostel, the Chinese in the next door would also turn on his or her TV which a terrible loud voice, or played English music on 6:00 AM every day .
4, Brutal brain washing and voice harassment.
If you have became the target of China Spy, China Spy would definitely like to wash your brain.
To my own experience,
The first step before China Spy to do their brain washing job, they have to get a chance to close to you, your friends, your classmates, schoolmates, colleague, neighbor, relative even your family member, will be requested to work for China Spy Organization, at the time there is no friends, classmates, schoolmates, colleague, neighbor... on your side, China Spy will use any Chinese who is most close to you or send one or more Chinese to your nearby, of course within your ear range, talking loudly on a certain topic, in order to influence your psychology, your mind, your decision or your behavior, generally this China Spy will not directly to talk to you initially, but of course you are the only target audience. Sometimes just only one China spy playing, but he or she will be pretending to talk with someone else by telephone or mobile phone, of course loudly and clearly in order to make you hear and understand, I call this telephone playing. Sometimes two or more China Spy will chat loudly and clearly on your side, I call this group chat playing.
No matter single Spy telephone playing or many spy group chat playing on your nearby, the main topic will be something concerned with you, generally is the thing you recently did or currently doing, or is the idea China Spy want to instill into your mind or is the thing that China Spy want to influence you or seduce you, sometimes China Spy will also try send message to you in this way.
Please note that, if you have became the target of China Spy unfortunately, you will have no choice to avoid to be the audience of China Spy's telephone playing or China Spy's group chat playing, you will find out that the Chinese on your side are all always so talk active and exciting .
So, if China Spy make a decision to wash your brain, they will looking for any chance any method to push something into you ears and instill something into your mind brutally.
Where is the place that China Spy do the brutal voice brain washing?
Anywhere, at the door of your home, your hotel, restaurant, roadside, on the bus, on the train... everywhere.
To force you to hear something is the everyday job of China Spy.
5, Same copy.
To my experience, I will tell you that:
If you have became the target of China Spy Organization, they will collect and have the same copy of anything concerned to you.
China Spy Organization will collect and keep the same thing you use, such your towel, tooth brush, underwear, pants, clothes, T-Shirt, umbrella, watch, bag, pen, cup, etc., everything you use. These copy will be used as stage properties for China Spy's play in the future or some other unknown purpose.
It is incredible that China Spy Organization also have the same copy of certain persons who concerned to you. I mean that China Spy will collect and have list of some people who resemble to your brother, sisters, friends, social relation, etc., or someone who China Spy think it is important to you.
So, some people who look alike your family member, friends, etc., would stand by in the China Spy Organization's warehouse, and will be used for China Spy anytime anywhere.
6, To force you to see someone or something.
If you think China Spy just will force you to hear something, you are wrong, China Spy will also force you to see someone or something.
China Spy prefer eyes's harassment.
If China spy think you like or dislike somebody, they will request this person to work for them and arrange she/he to appear in you eyes frequently everywhere again and again, play purposefully, China Spy will repeat this again and again, in many occasion. And every detail movement and stage properties that the China Spy play have been pre-designed and researched. She/He will try to attract your attention and interest or your repugnance with some body language, generally China Spy will use some special stage properties to improve the effect. The stage properties would be the things that China Spy think that have psychological effect on you.
So, if unfortunately you have became the target of China Spy, when you open your eyes, you will have no choice not to see China Spy's play, China Spy will not lose any chance to to force you to see someone or something.
To my experience, China Spy often use the person who resemble my brother to play in front of me, the guy will wear the same clothes of my brother and behave in my brother's manner and habit, or move in my hostel dormitory and take the bed close to me.
Also China Spy will often use the person who look alike my friend to play in my eyes, I really don't understand what the hell China Spy want?
Sometimes China Spy will also arrange someone to wear my clothes to play in front of me.
I have no choice not to see China Spy's play, China Spy always force me to see something, China Spy always force me to hear something. China Spy will never let me alone.
7, Body harassment.
If you think China Spy will only harass you by forcing you to hear and to see, you are wrong, China Spy will also harass you and offend you by body contact.
For example, when I was chatting with an Australian in the youth hostel dormitory, I commented something about China regime, maybe my opinion made China Spy unhappy, and a minute later, one Chinese came in my room and pushed me hardly, asking me" Did you join the tour?". At next morning, on 6:00 AM, another Chinese came in my dormitory and pushed my leg, and shouted "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! ...", I was awake suddenly by this, when I opened my eyes, I looked at her surprisedly, and she said: "I am sorry, I think you are another person.".
Often, when I walked on the street or the bank of river, some unknown Chinese would put his/her hand on my shoulder and hug me, asking: "Are you doing business here?", or "What's your job?", or "What's your name?", or "Where is you home?". If you think only the adult would do this job, you are wrong, 1 years ago, a little boy maybe only 9 years kept asking me these question and followed me and pulled my hand for a long way, when I lived in Yangchun City, Guangdong, China.
This kind of thing happened to me is too often, too frequent, too much.
8, Internet block.
To my experience, sometimes when I use the internet service, even in Vietnam or Cambodia, internet speed will slow down or just disconnected, especially when I send some special emails.
The internet block is done by China Spy? I don't know, I don't want to guess anything, but if China Spy really do this, I will not feel surprised.

One China Spy had married with my elder sister Lu Shao Qiu 3 years ago and became my brother-in-law, by this way, China Spy got a chance to live with me, talk with me, have breakfast, lunch, dinner with me, China Spy's crime plan was successful and perfect. My secondary school's classmate, friends, my neighbor , ect., were all cooperated with China Spy organization against me, they report everything they know on me, and follow the order of China Spy Authority to play and try to influence my psychology my decision ect..
I can tell you that if I stare at any Chinese woman on the street or anywhere for more than 3 seconds, this Chinese woman will be requested to be China Spy to fish me by China National Security Authority, to my experience, every Chinese woman is very happy to carry this mission. And then, China Spy organization will arrange this woman to meet me "coincidently" at many occasion frequently, and behave and wear in the way China Spy think I would like, and play in every detail movement which have been pre-designed before in order to attract my interest and attention.
Since I have boycotted any Chinese and Chinese community, and China Authority also is unable to do anything against me by law because I never did anything wrong, the only thing China Spy can do is to harass, threat and seduce me in a psychological way. Who will be China Spy?
Almost every Chinese will be China spy, and to my own experience, the national of Vietnam, Cambodia, Pakistan and Africa ect. such country are very easy to agree to work for China Spy organization.
Who will not be a China Spy?
Jesus will never be a China Spy, because Jesus will never work for money, Jesus will never work by fear, Jesus will never by threat, Jesus will never work by trick, Jesus will never work by illusion, Jesus will never work by silly curiosity, Jesus will never work for power, Jesus will never sell any people for any reason, because Jesus have an INDEPENDENT MIND, because Jesus have an INDEPENDENT PERSONALITY, because Jesus know what he is doing.
To my knowledge and experience, Chinese and Chinese community is an harmful tumor and cancer to me, I have to remove it from my life, I have to boycott any Chinese and Chinese community.
As far as I know, almost every my friend, classmate, schoolmate, neighbor, colleague etc. my every social relation had cooperated with the China Spy against me. I don't know how to comment this.
To my knowledge and experience, Chinese is very easy to be changed into being a spy, sometimes I think almost every Chinese dream to be a spy, besides to be spy is a good opportunity to improve their living standard, also is a good opportunity to satisfy their own curiosity.
Traditionally and Psychologically, almost every Chinese admire the nation power and fear the government, especially want to have a good relation with the nation power authority and it will make their life more convenient and comfortable and get more respect by the other Chinese.
Chinese never know what's independence and freedom.
Chinese never know what's Independent Mind and Independent Personality.
In facts Chinese have no mind at all.
The Spy will never understand the value of INDEPENDENCE and FREEDOM.

I find out that China Spy Organization never use westerner to harass me.
I find out that China Spy Organization never use European to harass me.
I find out that China Spy Organization never use Swedish blonde girl to harass me.
China Spy use Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Philippine , "Korean", "Japanese", Africa people, ..., in facts, they mainly only use asian people to work for them to harass me,
China Spy also use the Chinese who was born in Europe or Canada or US, China Spy aslo use oversea Chinese community to harass me, but they never use pure European or pure westerner, though I only make friend with westerner, but China Spy never use this point, they know I like blonde girl, but they never use blonde girl to harass me or seduce me, why?
Why there is no blonde girl try to close to me?
Why there is no european try to harass me?
Why Jilly Beattie does not work for China Spy?

I believe China Spy Organization have such resource to employ westerner, but they never do so aganist me, Why? I think that is because China Spy Organization know that the European is under the protection of strongest Western Government, if China Spy use or touch European, Europe's Authority will not allow China Spy to do so. When China Spy doesn't use or touch European, Europe's Authority does not care about the China Government's crime on China's Citizen, so China Spy is able to feel free to harass me, China Spy know that nobody will stop them, China Spy doesn't care about UNHCR or UNHCHR, or HRW, China Spy know that UNHCR UNHCHR HRW is nothing.
