Kerry has voted 98 times to raise taxes, six times against banning partial-birth abortion and is proposing a $1.5 trillion big-government health care program. While Kerry has repeatedly tried to distort his record and deceive the American people during this campaign, he wasn't lying when he said in 1991, "I'm a liberal and proud of it."
