You did not specify who the hell the question is addressed to, no one dares to answer it for fear of not being "respectful". But I'll try. After all, I am homeless, got nothing to lose.
Answer:
Only with the approval from both opposing parties can US send in the
"separation troops".
It's more desirable that there is a UN resolution, or an authorization from some other international bodies. You can't expect the Secretary of State appearing on the stage and say "We're sending out troops, 'cause I heard a Mr.马悲鸣 thinks it's the smartest thing to do". People will laugh their heads off.
