Is this oligarchy system a way toward UTOPIA? Most people don't believe that Utopia is real and yet, there is no way to verify with concrete facts that Utopia is merely an unrealistic dream only. It just like that you cannot prove that a democratic system is not a disaster to the world. After Mao, there has been no real communist party. Oligarchy governing system now in China has so far sustained the development in vast areas that were not even considered before, but with numerous problems that have been subjected to question. We care about the time of present and who knows the future?
