or did you SIMPLY want to say people should cooperate with cops?
If it was the later, then you were right, but I don't understand why you wanted to mention something so obviouse. There have been many cases of people being shot by cops because cops suspected they wanted to resist, not only in Washington ...
Does a sentence in Chinese always stand by itself, or do we have to put it into the article (or discussion) which it belongs in order to understand it better??
