I'm not for the Communist party, neither am I for corruption. However, what do you mean by "democratic legal governing"? Why do you think that cures corruption? And, if the country is really like what you said, is beyond repair like a shabby web, I am wondering what you really can do to it: to mend the web, or to break it? How do you break it? By talking? I prefer a way named "repetition with a difference": work with the present system, communist or not, and work with it each time with some changes brought by me. If you want to change the hell, you need to jump in, not to sit above and talk air.
