Angle One: The discussions like this might even help them understand what some other people are thinking and they may even pick up some grounds if they answered the challenge (if they are willing or smart enough to do this). At least, the discussion in this forum will have no chance to 赶尽杀绝 anybody.
Angle Two: The discussions like this might provide a mini-stage for those who want to face challenge and/or sell their belief and ideas.
Angle Three: Considering everyone has only one voice and one vote, you would not see anything like 以强凌弱的行为 as you believe.
