u did nothing wrong! I totally understanding: it's normal reaction.
However, from medicaql/psychological/beheavioral science point, if u can openly
face those things, u can live better quality of ur life.
Again: nothing wrong! just a professional's opinion. Sometimes, i experienced same feeling
as u did/do, such as some Ai4 Guo2 Zei2 in "us" forum curse me and I always fight directly back. But when I saw u wrote some posts to fight back very reasonally and logically and showed ur very sublimation level, I didn't do it as u did! What a shame to me!
U see, i'm a common person as u r, and as a doc, i did same "wrong" thing or behaveal
which is less mature. Be as ur self, do as u want to do, go ur way no matter others say!
