什么叫“除你+o8外都认为那是个误杀tragedy”？奥巴马就zimmerman该判什么罪具体说过什么么？“都认为那是个误杀tragedy”？要都那么认为怎么会掀起那么大的社会风波？
你到现在都不知道在争什么。这案子之所以引起那么大的社会反响，就是因为部分极右派坚称zimmerman是自卫，是无罪的，而不是什么“误杀”。
再说，误杀本来就包括在控方的指控中，你连这点都没搞清楚，就‘架斯吼（川话）’。给你把纽约时报的一篇文章的部分放这儿吧，那误杀也就是manslaughter 看见了吗：
“SANFORD, Fla. — The jury in the trial of George Zimmerman held its second day of deliberations on Saturday, weighing whether Mr. Zimmerman’s fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin constituted second-degree murder, manslaughter or self-defense.
Late in the afternoon, after spending nearly eight hours in deliberations, the panel of six women sent a note to the judge asking for clarification on the manslaughter instructions. That led to a flurry of courtroom activity, with Judge Debra S. Nelson meeting with lawyers for both sides at the bench before ordering a 30-minute recess.
When the court reconvened, the prosecution and the defense lawyers asked for additional time to work together to come up with a written response to the jurors’ query.
In his three-hour closing argument on Friday, a lawyer for Mr. Zimmerman said that his client was guilty only of protecting his own life when he shot Mr. Martin, and he chastised the prosecution as having filled jurors’ heads with guesswork, not evidence.
Mark O’Mara, one of Mr. Zimmerman’s lawyers, told the jury that the prosecution had provided so little evidence of second-degree murder, the main charge, that he wished the verdict form contained three choices: “guilty, not guilty, and completely innocent, because I would ask you to check that one.”
After hearing three weeks of testimony inside the Seminole County courthouse, the jury of six women — five white and one Hispanic — began deliberations at 2:29 p.m. Friday. They adjourned at 6 p.m. and resumed their work at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
They are to decide whether Mr. Zimmerman is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of second-degree murder or of the lesser charge of manslaughter.
