录像时间在19:31显示了以上两点。辩方要求控方禁止使用profile，当然包括了所有的profile。

控方向法官说明“they believe that we are going to frame that the defendent racially profiled Trayvon Martin. But I submitted to the court there are number of ways a person can be profiled…profiled by their age, their dress, the car they drive, the location and timing, ……that is not a racially charge term……”

3）几轮辩论之后法官才说允许使用profle, I may ask state not to use racial profile。
