Hello xilihutu!
"miscellaneous right" just means those people belong to very small political groups, too small to be listed. So they are just tagged as "miscellaneous". There are two types of miscellaneous : right and left. It refers to the place they occupy in the building. left stands for left wing and you can find there the socialists. And to the right, you'll find the UMP (Sarkozy's one). So left and right refers to the politics they want. Probably the "miscellaneous right" guys are considered as opposition, and the miscellaneous left not.
Sometimes you can also see seats that are labelled as "free" (vacant in French). Those are usually from people who died, and will be filled with next elections.
As far as I know, there is nothing reserved for the french royal family...
