Dear Someone;
1. I certainly believe that you have already read my post re-Cao-Xia. I have promised him that I will answer his three questions, which will take me a lot of time to finish the three long articles. Besides, he has another 2 more questions I will answer. Taken together, there are 5 questions.
2. as you may aware that I will not be here for too long. Your question is a big one. In fact, it may not provide a big help psychologically for your situation. Rather, it is a negotiation "skill”. I can inform you a book describing how to negotiate with your partners or boss or enemies. If you are in China, the book may not help much, because the culture difference. I went to court for 2 times to solve some harsh questions in the USA. Based on my experiences in the USA, you need to be very strong in any cases. Let me tell you the key point: never cry, never tell anyone that somebody treated you unfairly in the USA. Sharks will follow bloods. Don’t adopt Chinese traditional culture to deal with American people. Always try to be a wolf, but not a sheep.
