This announcement is merely a convenient smokescreen for a University administration that's facing SEVERE backlash for its proposed hikes in tuition and mandatory fees.
The de-listing happened in December; this story breaks in February the day after a massive protest which saw more than 1000 students challenge the Provost on his proposal to pickpocket students.
It's hardly a coincidence.
