I mean the small flag on the window of Zhong Hua Gong Suo, before which the lion dancing performers lit firecrakers.

Many people never notice that small flag. To me, it means that the small chinese community still loyal, or at least relate themselves to the Republic of China in Taiwan. That's why they gather before that small flag and dance.
