1, JFK got hard evidence, which is the most vulnerable part of Bush's; and he even said "the mistakes rest on me".

2, Cuba's missile crisis is a immediate danger to US, but not in the Iraq case;

3, Bush didn't have the gut to compare himself to JFK either; his favorite is to compare his decision with Trueman's stance in Korea case. Oh, God, he missed again, US didn't initiated that war, USSR did.
