My view:

A 裁判的职责 is to ensure the game is fairly played, to make sure the players abide the rules as well as to enforce the rules. Many sports have more than one 裁判, they may have separate 职责. In many cases, decision on who is the winner may even not be the part of the 裁判的职责.

I think you want to prove your point that an athlete/game player can be also his/her own 裁判 against others in the game. I am sorry I can't agree with you on that. It's not fair.
