You are abviously over qualified for the job.
But you are in a unique position to train some student with talents in Chinese.

I was especially thankful to my teachers in chemistry when I was a kid, and developed my talents in that subject.

As a bilogist I believe everybody is encoded in his/her genes the potential of talents in everything. a teacher is the key for kids to develop such talents.
