I'd like to visit Taiwan myself but was advised not to waste my time. I am not US citizen and have valid Chinese passport. ( with no valid passport, like 鲍戈兄 would be a different story...)

fill a few additional forms can be quite daunting!

Business trips are different if both parties have business-as-usual ties. I have no ties whatsoever....
