that no matter how fast/slow the democratic progress is in China, voter educatoin including registration, nomination and selection of candidates, the technical handling of casting votes, etc, is essential, could be a big issue in many areas. The shocking part to me is that the so-called elites seem to be just as less aducated as the villagers. It will be something I like to discuss later.

Thanks for your inputs. I want to say that I have read most of your posts and found you are well balanced and commented with sound points.
