美国认同中医药学为独立科学体系是真新闻

虽然这个“首次”、“从‘补充和替代医学(CAM)’中分离出来”显然不确切；因为这第一像luye同学指出的那
样，不是什么首次，NCCAM文件早就指出过；第二并没有这个分离一说，因为根本不存在这样的必要，中医自成
独立科学体系，并不影响它仍然在补充和替代医学范畴之内。然而，因为一些枝节的不正确而全盘否定，显然不是
科学的思维方法。
美国食品与药物管理局（FDA）发布的指导性文件原文：
美国国家补充与替代医学中心（NCCAM）把整体医学体系描述为：“与对抗（常规）医学独立地或平行发展的完
整的理论和实践体系”。
NCCAM describes whole medical systems as involving "complete systems of theory and practice that have evolved
independently from or parallel to allopathic (conventional) medicine."

与《人民日报》新闻引用内容完全一致。独立于西方医学之外，并被美国权威机构承认为医学、并与西方医学并列
的，不是被美国承认为独立的科学体系，又是什么体系？美国国家卫生总署也拿出真金白银，支持无数包括中医在
内的整体医学项目，德国甚至把针灸列入了全民保健系统报销范围，这支持的不是科学，难道还是伪科学不成？
科学是发展的，科学也从来承认人的认知的有限。西方科学界或者说西方医学界，从来都没有自大到认为只有西医
才算现代医学、中医不属于现代医学范畴。恰恰相反，他们正是把中医包括在科学和现代医学之内。方舟子本人也
曾多次认同英文Wikipedia质量之完善，我们也不妨看看出典完备的英文 Wikipedia里面的相关认定吧：
Sience（科学）条：
Science in the broadest sense refers to any system of knowledge attained by verifiable means.[1] In a more restricted sense,
science refers to a system of acquiring knowledge based on empiricism, experimentation, and methodological naturalism,
as well as to the organized body of knowledge humans have gained by such research. This article focuses on the meaning of
science in the latter sense.
Medecine（医学）条：
Medical care is shared between medical professions (physicians) and other professionals such as physician assistants, nurses
and pharmacists, sometimes known as allied health professionals. Historically, only those with a medical doctorate have
been considered to practice medicine. Clinicians (licensed professionals who deal with patients) can be physicians, nurses,
therapists or others. The medical profession is the social and occupational structure of the group of people xxxxally trained
and authorized to apply medical knowledge. Many countries and legal jurisdictions have legal limitations on who may
practice medicine.
Medicine comprises various specialized sub-branches, such as cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, or other fields such as
sports medicine, research or public health.
Human societies have had various different systems of health care practice since at least the beginning of recorded history.
Medicine, in the modern period, is the mainstream scientific tradition which developed in the Western world since the
early Renaissance (around 1450). Many other traditions of health care are still practiced throughout the world; most of
these are separate from Western medicine, which is also called biomedicine, allopathic medicine or the Hippocratic
tradition. The most highly developed of these are traditional Chinese medicine and the Ayurvedic traditions of India and
Sri Lanka. Various non-mainstream traditions of health care have also developed in the Western world. These systems are
sometimes considered companions to Hippocratic medicine, and sometimes are seen as competition to the Western
tradition. Few of them have any scientific confirmation of their tenets, because if they did they would be brought into the
fold of Western medicine.
Scientific method（科学方法）条：
Scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena and acquiring new knowledge, as well as for
correcting and integrating previous knowledge. It is based on gathering observable, empirical, measurable evidence, subject
to the principles of reasoning[1].
“哪里有‘科学’一词”的问法，是荒唐可笑的。我们在讨论西医、物理、数学的时候，也无须特别做出它们属于
“科学”的认定。美国人和中国人一样，当然不会特意去做“中医是科学”这样的认定，就像不会特意去做“西医
是科学”这样的认定一样，因为无论是对中、还是外，这本来就是题中应有之义。这样的题中应有之义，当然也不
是不可以别出心裁提出质疑，比如，通过研究，得出中医不是科学、或者中医是伪科学这样的结论；但是，这是科
学家们在医学专业杂志或者学术会议上才可能做的事；而无论如何，都不是一个从来没有学过一天医学的无业游民
所可能指正的。
和英文Wiki一样，FDA指导文件偏偏不用反科学写手们所无比热爱的“现代医学”（modern medicine）这一概念来
形容西方医学（Western medicine），而偏偏只用对抗医学 （allopathic medicine）或者常规医学（conventional
medicine）的概念，并将中医等整体医学（whole medical systems）或称替代医学（alternative medical systems）与
之并列。这难道是偶然的么？
反科学斗士们的卑劣伎俩之一，就是抢夺话语权。把打真或者造假说成打假；把“对抗医学” （allopathic
medicine）或者“西方医学”（Western medicine）说成是现代医学的唯一代表；把世界卫生组织（WHO）认定的
官方翻译“替代医学”（alternative medicine）强译成“另类医学”，就是例子。
