you don't know what is 有源滤波装置.
neither you know that 瞬时实功率p和瞬时虚功率q are not a capacitor tries to eliminate. You can think a capacitor is a passive filter that is the opposite of a 有源滤波装置(active filter).(sorry, I can't type chinese)
Any AC current passes through a conductor or capacitor, the phase of its current and voltage will have a 90 degree difference, which is the cause of 虚功率.
Don't worry, this is not tought in chinese high school. And only emphasized for Electric related majors in colleges. Just goto the my post about capacitor, you may have some idears.
