Where is the adaptive control? I guess this must be accomplished by the feedback of some sort, which resides either in a circuitry of a single neuron or between them or layers.

The artificial neural network is truly a dangerous approach ultimately to replace God's intelligent design functionally. At the end, we all will be killed by robots.
