不错，OPERATION 的确有 campaign, mission, maneuver,
or action 等多种意思。但是，在布热和邓的谈话中，它指的
不是别的，就是“battle".也就是战斗。
为什么捏？请看下面的原文。布首先跟邓说：我们到过泸
定桥，那个特别重要的英雄式战斗的战场。。。。注意这里
用的字是”battle"，也就是战斗。
然后邓才谦虚地回答：那只是个小军事行动，对方是军阀
云云。如果邓认为根本没有战斗发生，他应该说的是：我
首先纠正你的说法，那不是战斗。
张老，俺以为，搞宣传就搞宣传。共党就正大光明地把
他的部门称为宣传部。你也应该把你跟你姐姐的的宣传称
为宣传品。而不应该称为历史研究。
