jeralyn who wrote that post and updated alot is a trial lawyer, she uses computer to search all Scooter's testments so that she gets very clear to the ....conclusion, and she noted that jury can't use computer may miss some clues and drowned in the paper lawyers generate: the jury instruction itself is 127 pages in this case. what a joke. US courts are too behind time.
