by evolution right now. One race strangely evolved from the laws is the Park cops. I got a fine of $50 tonight at the Flushing bay for being present in the park. The summons written down by a cop says “I observed respondent at the above location after curfew clearly signs posted park close at 9PM Red Honda …”. He said to me the fine could be doubled because I fed the cats, which was illegal.
I finally noticed the sign in fine prints at the corner of a board when I exited the bay. I was pissed off but after awhile I felt that for the cats' sake I rather bite the bullet. Believe it or not, I saw the cats and they apparently were extremely hungry.
