pharmaceutical is another blamable, insurance company, and politians. One ridiculous case, a senetor(or house) from Penn or Maryland is an advocate for puttin a cap on malpratice, but his wife sued a plastic surgeon for 400k rapartion which is 2 times the cap her husband proposed. The malpratice ground was funnier, she was not satisfied with result of operation, mentally hurt, gee, and she got it.
And the American ideology should be blamed too. Any nation wide welfare plan would be labeled socialism, what a joke.
