there are some really horrible neighborhoods in these decayed cities.
After living in NYC for almost a decade, there is one time I got lost off I-95 near downtown Baltimore, and somehow drove to a street near Martin Luther King Jr. street, the scene scared me out of the shit.

There are a lot of places in America that's really really bad.
NYC is not the worst at all.
