Trust and faith between patients and their physicians and caretakers are chipping away by scarcity of larger human interaction.

In mainland, my friend told me that people bring their own camcorder to catch all conversations within doctor's office. If they can't trust their own memory or comprehension towards doctors instruction, that is understandable. I'd rather bring a loved one to come with the patience than all mechanical devices one can afford.
