this problem. Pure scientific laws have nothing to do with ethic, which is at the hand of applied science.Body parts as a commodity are not new after the scientific discovery revealed that it could indeed help someone else, say, the transfusion of blood for the life saving, although which is reproductive.
The other parts of the body, as one's wish after death, could be sold or donated. I think this has adopted universally. The black market is not a natural market.
Actually, I do have an answer about this. As far as I can see, animal experiments are the cruel nature of human being as opposed to the other side.
