It takes years of education in seminary to become a Catholic priest. Protestant pastors don’t need any official seal of approval from Vatican, but then they need followings and have to build their own congregations, a task harder than enduring the seminary. In both cases, it is a lot of hard work and needs talent and humility. I don’t think these people have any of these qualities.
