这不等于说他们是好人,俺从不信好人(你除外).中共干部虽说不是个个是人中龙凤,但是说个个是有点本事的,应该没有太多人会反对.毕竟中共是先锋队性质的,时髦点就叫精英.
你真还说权力集中这些,基本是扯,看看米国200年来权力是集中还是分散?
您的问题200多年前米国爸爸们早就回答了:

人家是琢么怎么人管人，你是琢么怎么生出圣人,你可能比毛时代进了一步，认为有钱人能出圣人。中国政府构架的前提可能错了（不代表我认为美国的就是最好的啊，更不代表我认为美国方式就适合中国，请不要在这个上面引申）。
