如果先生偏爱直译，建议使用NASB(NEW AMERICAN STANDARD BIBLE)。这个版本是现在被公认最忠实于原文的“硬译”的版本。
下面我给先生列出包括NIV和NASB等版本包括其他一些中译本在内的此节经文。其中，NGB中文新译本是最近十几年来华人神学家们根据原文圣经翻译的，成为最据替代和合本 圣经潜力的译本。
24:16 [hgb] 那亵渎耶和华名的、必被治死、全会众总要用石头打死他．不管是寄居的、是本地人、他亵渎耶和华名的时候、必被治死。

[NASB}16'Moreover, the one who (N)blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him. The alien as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.
另外，单论圣经的版本，向先生推荐NIV和NASB。 NIV可以说是意译的最佳版本，而NASB，上面提到，是直译的最佳版本。其他的版本可以参考，但学术的价值肯定在此两版本以下。
