take a bit more time to study that crucial phrase “按原排序抽取替换",
especially the key words "抽取替换"?
I am curious whether "抽取替换" actually could (or should) be interpreted in two parts,
i.e. "to select(抽取)" and "to replace(替换)". If this interpretation is valid, it would then mean that a second round of "selection" needs to be triggered and performed before the task of "replacement" is completed. If that is the case, the technical question raised by Mr.咱老百姓(真) must be taken more seriously and the second round of selection be properly processed so that justice can be seen as FAIR.
Obviously, the above interpretation can be dismissed if Your Honour believes that
"抽取替换" can only be interpreted as "to replace" since you are designated as the sole interpretor of these "rules". In case you decide to judge this way, may I suggest that you recommend to remove the 2 words "抽取" in the current version of RULES?
