Yesterday hard to sleep

Yesterday,sept 5 ,the scenery of NanJing’s night was so beautiful,it was ablazed lights around the BaiJia lake.I had seen the pretty scenery in NanJing too many times,so it did not attract me too much.It made me hard to sleep,not the good weather,but the bad situation of Mr.Zhang Lin who was prominent member of CDM , and the misery of two orphans.
Chinee hero opposed chinese communist government
Mr.Zhang Lin's wife (Ms.Fang Cao)telephoned to me from Beng Bu city at two on sept 6,morning,told me that Mr.Zhang Lin had protested against chinese government via fast for one week,and he was in medical rescue in hospital,all these were according the true news. And not long ago,Ms.Fang Cao received Mr.Zhang Lin's letter from prison,
the letter written by Mr.Zhang Lin himself,on sept 2,sent on setp 4,
In this letter:
"Dear Fang cao:
how about you and Annie?you should live in adamancy,to bring our child up,if you have chance,please send her to foreign to study,and I wanna see lawyer,local lawyer is good,please reply quickly.

Heard this news,we were worried about Mr.Zhang Lin too much,include Mr.Wang TingJin who was the best friend and comrades of Mr.Zhang Lin.
We do not agree the way to oppose the autocracy system via fast, it would destory our lives.But the character decides the fate,the character decides the way to oppose. The spirit of brave is Mr.Zhang Lin’s soul. Mr.Zhang Lin wrote down such a family letter this time, it showed that he would devote his life to fight against chinese admimistration via fast.Nothing can prevent Mr.Zhang Lin’s action now.
It has been known to us, Mr.Zhang was sentenced to five years in chinese prison,who had been in chinese prison for over ten years because of political reasons.
Most of the countries in the world has entered the period of democracy and freedom,but the chinese communist empire continues to insist the autocracy,prevent freedom and domocracy, beat any kind of chinese human rights,and execute such a strategy to crack down the cinese dissents.
Mr.Zhang Lin was regarded as the victim of chinese autocracy. He would live in such a place where execute the policy to force prisoner to work all the days via violence.
We are worried about not only the situation of Mr.Zhang Lin, but also the sistuation of any other dissents who was ketp in chinese prison such as Qin,YongMing,Hu ShiGeng,Liu XianBing,Shi Tao,Zheng YiChun,Xu WanPing,Yao XingFu,etc.
Two chinese orphans
Chinese socity has turned into such a condition with polarized socity and vast weak group because of the corruption of chinese autocracy. It’s hard to have chance to study the case of chinese weak group because we are so busy to maintain our lives.But the cases are too many, we have to pay attention such situation.Below’s the case of two chinese orphans.
By accident, We saw such an article titled by “Child kowtowed to beg for saving his father” on JinLing evening news on Aug 23. Acctachments of the article was the picture of the female child.a lovely and civility child ,with tears full of her face. it described, the child’s name was Zhao XiaoDan,12 years old,lived in Dong Cong Cun,Hong Lan viliage,Li Shui county. Her father was diagnosed liver cancer, her family had not financial support to save her father,so, Zhao XiaoDan had to kowtow to beg for saving her father,but her father died for liver cancer in Oct last year at last. After a while, her mother became cracy, left her family. After that, Zhao XiaoDan’s grandmother was her only relative.Zhao and her poor grandmother lived together.
They ate the roughness rices, the greengrocery without salt,somethins they ate nothing.According the standard of living condition of modern socity .they lived in a extreme poor condition.Even pig,also has food to eat everyday in most of the chinese farmer family.
Because of no ability to pay the education fee, Zhao XiaoDan’s grandmother told her not to study.poor Xiao Dan cried to ask for education, she said:” I wanna go to school, even via the way of beg.”
Read such a report on newspaper, Mr.Yang,TianShui(NanJing) and muslin Ma ZhiXiong,muslin Li guang who lived in zhejiang, chinese ShanDong conscience citizens Che HongNian,Jiang FuZheng,and Chen Qingshan, chinese AnHui conscience citizens Wang TingJin and Fang Cao, Chinese ShangHai conscience citizens Yang QinHeng, Li GuoTao and Dai XueWu,
And Mr.zhu lifeng with education experience in British and American who was extradited by chinese government from Thailand to sentence to three years RTL because of political reasons,They communicated together to dicuss the case of the orphans. All of them decided that they would try their best to help the orphons.So They entrusted Mr.Wang TingJin and me to see these orphans.
Mr.Wang TingJin was in ill these days,he arrived in NanJing at noon on sept 4, we went to see these orphans that afternoon.
When we arrived at Li Shui county,it was evening,quickly we reached Hong Lan Viliage by bus ,but to our destination.aslo very far. So we bought enough food for Zhao XiaoDan in supermarket,. on the way to Dong Cong Cun, we met a farmer who also lived in Dong Cong viliage,he asked us many questions and told us :”there exsits two other family worse than Zhao XiaoDan, one of them is the family with two orpans and their eighty ages grandmother, last named with Tao,lived Jiang Jian Cun near Dong Cong Cun.” Mr.Wang and me, dicussed the sistuation carefully, dicided to divide the food and money into two eaqul part, to give Zhao XiaoDan and anther family named Tao,also leave some money to help others.
At last we arrived at Dong Cong Cun by bicycle, we saw this hamlet, it was a good hamlet via its appearance, with about twenty families.We asked the bycicle drive to take us to the home of Zhao XiaoDan,the drive asked many persons to take us to the family of Zhao XiaoDan. We saw a beautiful girl standing at a poor house, she opened her eyes to watch us surprisely.And someone tole us this was Zhao XiaoDan. Entered their poor house,we saw nothing in her house,even tables and chairs. We introduced ourselves to XiaoDan and her grandmother, showed our intention, and gived our food and money to them, we told them:” we tried our best to you, it’ not vitue,but the things we have to do, anybody will meet trouble.human can live in a good condition it depend on helping each other. We will seek help from others for you until you grow up.” Her grandmother asked XiaoDan to kowtow ,we refused to let her do that.
It became black soon, we left for Jiang Jia Cun. One pure farmer took us to the house of grandmother Tao.This hamlet was worse than Dong Cong Cun, we were very hard to reach our destination.as soon as we arrived , we were astonished by the condition we saw , it was so hard to believe that this was the house of human, even to believe that it was the house of cow. It seemed that we went back 80’s chinese country. Grandmother Tao took us to her house,pointed one child to tell us:”that’s my grandson, he is studying.”Her neighbor introduced her condition to us, grandmother Tao was over eighty, one of her sons died in trafic accident ,and her daughter in law disappeared,left two grandson; another of her sons disappeared too.so now, in grandmother Tao’s family only three persons: grandmother Tao and her poor two grandson. Their family was very poor, they lacked food.
We also gived our money and food to grandmother Tao,and received the receipt,because we have to do so according the rule of contribution.
We have to go back NanJing.Many famers told us to help the poor family, to tell everybody their poor condition.At first we did not want to report it,because government ever warned us .
But I think we must report it, to help them, such as the orphans and their poor grandmother. And we believe that everybody who has such ability will help them.
I did not finish my article,but there was something wrong with my computer, I have to send it to repair.
These trouble things gathered together, let me hard to sleep.

我先來介紹一下今天的訪談主題。
今天接受我訪問的朱利峰先生，是旅美老牌民運人士王炳章先生的前任秘書。王炳章先生是著名的民主人士，一九八○年代，以第一批留學美國的學生，學成之後，卻公開宣佈留在海外，從事中國民主運動，到現在已經有20年的時間。他是著名的民運雜誌《中國之春》的創辦人，也是民運組織“中國民主聯盟”和“中國民主正義黨”的創辦人，也是“自由中國運動”的共同發起人。1998年，王炳章曾以化名身份進入中國，和民運人士會晤，籌劃在中國成立反對黨，後來被中國公安抓獲，扣押一段時間後驅逐出境。但是，2002年，王炳章卻在越南遭到中國特務綁架，消失半年後，正式遭北京當局逮捕，2003年被中國以「間諜罪」和「領導恐怖團體」的罪名判處無期徒刑。
上個月十五號，總部設在美國華府的美國世界人權 (World rights)組織聲援王炳章先生，指出，泰國警方已經確定王炳章無罪，而中國給王炳章先生安的主要罪名之一，是指控他和一項炸毀中國駐曼谷大使館的事情有關。我們今天要訪問的朱利峰先生，是王炳章先生2000年到2001年在泰國的秘書。他在2001年7月遭到泰國當局逮捕，之後一直被關押在泰國，直到2002年3月被遣返中國後被判3年勞教，最近才剛剛出獄。對於相關的情形可以說非常的了解。 (海纳百川 www.hjclub.com)

問題二、2003年1月22號，中共的法院判決王先生無期徒刑。判決書羅列的王炳章的罪狀有：1982年在1990年期間，王炳章一直收集並向臺灣提供有關大陸的情報；1996年以來，王炳章在因特網上發表文章，宣揚恐怖主義；2001年上半年，王炳章先後兩次前往泰國，策劃用炸彈爆炸中國駐泰國使館等。關於這幾項指控，您作為王先生的同志和工作伙伴，您有何看法。 (海纳百川 www.hjclub.com)
