Patriot Act is subject to debate, and everyone can participate. I believe most participants strongly against Patriot Act (so do I), and they are expressing their concerns, FREELY, without having to worry about imprisonment. Therefor, the existance of this website well explains the Freedom of Speech. True, Mr. O'Connor was questioned by the Secret Service, but there is no further legal action taken by the government against him. As a matter of fact, he is expressing his concern publicly as a responsible citizen should do.
