If no interest conflicts between Mr. Wu and Internet user, This case will be rejected by

the court. Since Mr. Wu didn't lose anything, and internet user didn't get anything.

If they file law suit in China, They can win. But here is USA ! It's very hard to win for

Mr. Wu ( He had law suit in US, that is very bad for his credit).
