"OUR PARTY" looks thing in totally different way than "we humble screws" or some naive western people. If there were a few poeple protesting in Hong Kong, "OUR PARTY" would think people suport the 23, then let's do it. If there are too many people protesting, now they will say: you see, I told you we should do it. The protesting proved that I am right. We should, must, have to do it. Let's work on the 23, or even 46. Well, the only question is how to do it. Send my "dog" to Hong Kong? Not necessary. I am not that stupid. For more than 50 years, how many times I have to release my dog? You know why? Because they are chinese.
