I also created a BBS, so I may know a little about how things work. "网友文集" is not the usual static HTML page where one can simply add a link to it; the page should be a dynamical one, even dynamically generated. If a moderator manually insert some link in that page, the system (as well as the data structure) could be corrupted and, if this is the case, the dynamical page may no longer work properly with the other programs that run the forum.
